Quality Assurance

Our Quality manual ISO 9001 and Codes of Practice is an important guide to how care assistants should conduct themselves whilst on assignments with Badminton Care. The contents do constitute in part to the Terms and Conditions of work. We pride ourselves in the delivery of our service, the codes of practice manual is a major part of that quality, and as such we do audit the procedures that are contained within it.

All care assistants have copies of the Quality Manual/Codes of Practice and are to follow these guidelines. Audits are carried out to ensure compliance.

Part of our purpose in providing a code of practice manual is to communicate as clearly as possible some of the important expectations upon staff in the hope that this will help enable them to avoid difficult situations.

We always look to all of our staff to maintain a very high level of professionalism:

  • Always wear uniform on calls.
  • Show ID badge on all calls.
  • Do not take members of family or friends on visits.
  • Do not call on clients outside the instructions given by the office.
  • Do follow the care plan and these Codes of Practice.
