Our recruitment is ongoing, with applicants from all walks of life. We train all of our new recruits in Induction training followed by on the job community training. After 3 months you will be expected to study for our foundation course, prior to NVQ2. At all times we help you through the stages of training through our dedicated training department.
We would require applicants to be over 18 years and able to drive. You should have a caring nature with patients and understanding and a willingness to learn.
